At Manbhavan Seva Samiti, we deeply value every donation made towards our education, agriculture, and healthcare initiatives. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a donor might request a refund.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- A donor can request a refund for their donation only if:
- The donation receipt has not been claimed.
- The request is made within 48 hours of making the donation (whichever occurs first).
- After 48 hours, or once the donation receipt has been issued, we will not be able to process any refunds as the funds are immediately allocated to our projects and initiatives.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email us at manbhavancg@gmail.com with the following details:

✅ Donation Amount
✅ Date of Donation
✅ Transaction ID (sent via email after a successful donation)
✅ (Optional) Reason for the refund request – your feedback helps us improve!
3. Processing Time
- If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the donation.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Donations once made cannot be canceled after the 48-hour period has passed.
- Donations made through third-party fundraising platforms are subject to their respective refund policies.
